We'll all be there with Snow

Like most of you all, we received a TON of snow. Almost a whole foot. Yep, that's 12 inches! Will got out of classes on Thursday and Friday. Actually we got completely snowed in :) Couldn't even walk out our doors. Our friend Erica spent a lot of Thursday and Friday with us. We all went to Starbucks to warm up out tummies, we rented a movie with a blockbuster gift card (thanks Erica:), made blue snow cream (seen below), and baked a valentine cake for our little friend Grayson. The whole snow day event was plesent and beautiful. Here are some pictures to show you about how serious the "snowed in" situation was.

Who Dat

Just in case you missed it, the Saints won the Super Bowl. I know right? Who ever would have imagined. If anyone followed the Saints season like my brother-in-law and husband, they will understand many of these pictures. One of these pictures needs much explanation. Will decided to watch the game in the back of the house in order to "concentrate". When the Saints would score, Will would run out of the back room and run around the house screaming. Soon Richard began to follow and then as the Saints score rose, the shirts came off. Such fun, WHO DAT!!

The Fort Worth Rodeo

MC and Aunt Mary Margaret were so giving to let us go to the RODEO with them on Monday. We had lunch at The Reota at the Rodeo and then experienced awesome box seats for the 2 hours of entertainment! We absolutely loved it and it really gave Will good memories of the the old days of cow showin and steer ropin! Okay he didn't rope steers but I be he could have! I thankful to MC and MM for giving us an afternoon filled with fun!!!

Representin' in Cowtown!!

One cool brisk morning Will is doing homework on the couch and I am getting ready for the day. We have an exciting day coming up because we are going to the RODEO!! MC and Teensy have invited us to join them at the stock yard for a day of getting dirt kicked in our faces. Then all of a sudden we hear a knock on the front door. I guess it must be the UPS guy...what could we have gotten. Then we open something that made Will say, "That made me very happy!" Sweet, Spirited Ms. Tammie sent us a WHO DAT!! We will so excited Will sprinted outside to find the perfect spot in the yard! We will be representing here in Fort Worth from now and after the Saints WIN their first Super bowl ever. And if they don't win we might take it down.

Thanks Momma, Love Will :)
